Return Eligibility

You may request a return if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of order delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging remain intact

Please note that sale and clearance items are non-returnable, unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number, detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions accordingly

All return requests are subject to approval after verification.

Return Shipping Policy

  • If the return is due to an error on our end, such as a damaged or incorrect item, Outfix.pk will bear the return shipping cost
  • If the return is requested due to a sizing issue or change of mind, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Outfix.pk.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.

Refunds are issued as follows:

  • Bank Transfer for prepaid orders
  • Store Credit for Cash on Delivery orders

Cash refunds are not applicable for Cash on Delivery orders.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Size or article exchanges are allowed, subject to stock availability
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

Exchange shipping policies may vary depending on the reason for the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use or wear
  • Original tags or packaging are missing
  • The request is made after the allowed return timeframe
