Return Eligibility
You may request a return if any of the following conditions apply:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of order delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging remain intact
Please note that sale and clearance items are non-returnable, unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Share your order number, detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions accordingly
All return requests are subject to approval after verification.
Return Shipping Policy
- If the return is due to an error on our end, such as a damaged or incorrect item, Outfix.pk will bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is requested due to a sizing issue or change of mind, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Outfix.pk.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Refunds are issued as follows:
- Bank Transfer for prepaid orders
- Store Credit for Cash on Delivery orders
Cash refunds are not applicable for Cash on Delivery orders.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Size or article exchanges are allowed, subject to stock availability
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Only one exchange per order is permitted
Exchange shipping policies may vary depending on the reason for the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The product shows signs of use or wear
- Original tags or packaging are missing
- The request is made after the allowed return timeframe
